Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the AD-X Live platform ("Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of Services
- The Platform is a facilitator connecting brands, creators, and agencies for marketing campaigns.
- The Company is not a party to any contract between Users and does not guarantee results, views, sales, or payments.
- AD-X Live is a social media platform — not an agency, intermediary, or employer.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
- Users between 13–18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at liveadx@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for campaigns, content, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Campaign outcomes or performance
- API errors or third-party platform changes (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Authenticity of engagement, views, or conversions
- Any losses arising from User-to-User interactions
5. Payments
- Payments are processed by third-party providers including Razorpay, Stripe, and Cashfree.
- The Company does not control payment delays, reversals, or disputes.
- The Company is not liable for refunds or disputes between Users.
- All payment-related queries should first be directed to the relevant payment provider.
6. Intellectual Property
- The AD-X Live name, logo, and platform design are proprietary to the Company.
- Users retain ownership of content they create but grant AD-X Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content on the Platform.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
7. Content Rules
Users shall not post or share:
- Unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content
- Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Spam, phishing, or misleading information
- Content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights
The Company may remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.
8. Limited Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- The Company's total liability shall not exceed the lower of ₹100 / equivalent local currency or the fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Infringement of any third-party rights
- Content you post or share on the Platform
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on APIs or services of third parties (social media platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools). The Company is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes to third-party services.
11. Termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate User access at any time, without liability, for violation of these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
- Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- For international Users, the Platform provides services "as-is" without warranties, and disputes remain subject to Indian law.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between Users must first be attempted to be resolved mutually.
- The Company may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution. The Company's decision shall be final and binding.
14. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
