We provide the technology and infrastructure — we do not guarantee any specific results, views, sales, engagement, or payments for any campaigns conducted through our Platform.

2. No Guarantees

• Campaign performance, reach, engagement, and conversion rates are not guaranteed.
• Creator availability, quality of work, and timely delivery are not guaranteed.
• Revenue, earnings, or return on investment are not guaranteed.
• Uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation is not guaranteed.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)
• Payment processors: Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree
• Analytics & tracking services
• Communication tools & APIs

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, changes, policy updates, or discontinuation of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or terms may affect Platform functionality.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Content creation, publishing, and campaign management
• Verification of campaign results and authenticity of engagement
• Tax obligations arising from earnings on the Platform
• Resolution of disputes with other Users

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD-X Live shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Campaign performance or outcomes
• Third-party service failures, changes, or outages
• Data loss, corruption, or security breaches
• Business interruption or loss of profits
• User disputes, payment issues, or chargebacks
• Unauthorized access to User accounts

6. No Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

7. International Users

For Users outside India, the Platform provides services "as-is" without warranties. All disputes, regardless of User location, remain subject to Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Any references to potential earnings, income, or revenue on the Platform are illustrative only. Actual results depend on individual effort, market conditions, audience engagement, and other factors outside the Company's control.
